Day 1, Cluj – Turda

Welcome to Romania! Our English speaking guide, 100% Transylvanian, collects you from Cluj-Napoca Airport.
Transfer to Turda, a small town with an intimate atmosphere founded by the Romans.
Descend to the heart of one of the biggest salt mines in the country – Turda Salt Mines.

Day 2, Turda – Alba Iulia – Sugag – Ranca – Horezu
about 270 km – 6 hrs riding

Ride to Alba Iulia Citadel, a fortress with seven bulwarks.
Continue your adventure with Transalpina Road – the highest mountain road in Romania.
Accommodation in a 3* Country Inn in Rânca.

Day 3, Horezu – Curtea de Argeș – Balea Lac – Brasov
about 230 km – 6 hrs riding

Curtea de Argeș is your next destination with its beautiful Monastery built in Byzantine style.
Explore Transfăgărășan Highway – the most sinuous and challenging of Europe’s roads for motorcyclists.
Accommodation in a 3* Hotel in Brasov.

Day 4, Brasov – Bran – Râșnov – Sighisoara
about 190 km – 4 hrs riding

Ride Bogata Forest to reach Transylvania’s symbol, Bran Castle a.k.a. Dracula’s Castle in Transylvania.
Evening in the medieval citadel of Sighisoara, the place where Vlad Dracula was born.

Day 5, Sighisoara – Biertan – Medias – Turda
about 200 km – 5 hrs riding

Continue riding to Biertan, one of the finest Saxon fortified churches in Transylvania.
Ride the natural reservation of Aiud Canyon and the beautiful white village of Rimetea.
Return to Cluj-Napoca for your flight.
